So bone ossification happens by age 25, but also after fractures, so each fractured bone would reform in a female pattern right?

So if i chipped the ends of my hip bone some how they would grow out wider when repairing right?

Also wikipedia says MOST bones ossification happens by age 25, so what are the some bones that may grow after age 25?

I'm not a doctor but have spent a way above average amount of time in orthopedic surgeons offices. My semi- educated opinion is pre-adult bone growth and a  bones natural healing process after fractures have no similarity i.e. fracturing your hips/pelvis is not going to give you girly hips. What you will end up with is indescribable pain forever. I say this from personal experience having suffered close to 4 dozen separate fractures in my pelvis hips and femurs close to 30 years ago. Wouldn't recommend fracturing your bones as a means of body modification. Just my opinion.

There are procedures like limb lengthening surgery where the doctor attaches a frame to the femur, fractures it then slowly pulls the two pieces apart which allows the bone to ossify as it fills in the gap from the fracture. Something like that is very expensive, extremely painful and highly controlled by the surgeon and physical therapists. It takes months to years for the bone to consolidate.

So bone ossification like you mentioned is definitely possible but if you just go out and break your hip you're more likely to chip the bone or shatter it so it wouldn't grow out like you want it to. You would need to talk to a surgeon to have it done if there are any actually willing to.

If you want girly contours down below, pay the twelve or fifteen thousand bucks for the Brazilian butt lift fat transfer surgery and call it done.  If you do it that way, you will not only get the appearance of wider hips, you will also get a better, more feminine looking butt, and a smaller waist out of the deal.  The only bad part of the whole deal other than the cost, is not being able to sit down or sleep on your back for the next six to eight weeks while you heal.

But intentionally breaking your hip?  The risks involved are insane.  Even those Russian and Chinese doctors who make you taller won't touch that kind of surgery, and for good reason.
