Even on this site, I am really quite ashamed to admit to what I am doing now, but I am getting a thrill by describing it!

I am dressed in a light blue plunge bra with wide, tight straps, a deep & comfortable 6 hook suspender belt, black fishnet stockings and 3" heels. I am wearing pink lip gloss, dark eye shadow, mascara and bright red nail varnish.

I am carrying an electric breast pump on each nipple, and I have been pumping for some time. My nipples are really extended and my breasts are now quite sore.

However much I pump, I can't develop any real breast weight or volume, though. But as I have been lying as a slave to the suction of my breast pumps, I have been looking at websites which offer breast enhancement creams.

Big nipples I can achieve by pumping, but soft, plump breast volume doesn't seem to follow.

Is anybody out there using breast enhancement creams, and do they work?

I do not have any experience with pumps or creams but would like to try both. How long have you being using the pump?

Hi,
I am glad you asked about using breast pumps, as I thought this was a strange fetish unique to me!

I have been using a pair of electric breast pumps since last summer. I generally try to pump twice a day for 15 minutes or so, using maximum suction. Any longer than that and the borders of my nipples get red chafe marks, even when I use a lubricant.

My nipples have clearly got darker, wider, harder and longer. I now get sucked deep into the throat of the pump. I do sometimes discharge a little clear fluid, but I don't think I am about to let down any breast milk. It really wouldn't worry me if I did! The feel of the pulsing suction and seeing your nipples extended to about an inch and a half inside the pump is very erotic.

The nipples do retract a bit after I stop pumping, but I have achieved a lot of permanent extension.  They have got a lot heavier, too, so that I really feel them jiggling when I don't wear a bra. Also with no bra, I do tend to protrude a bit! I would say that I could give the average woman a run for her money on nipple size.

But the breasts themselves are no larger, so this is why I am looking into enhancement creams.  If I could go up one bra cup size due to increased breast tissue, I would be in heaven.

As you may have realised, I love having my breasts sucked.  Since Halloween, a couple of lady friends have noticed that I am more than comfortable in womens' clothing and that I wore a black bra & heels  all evening and didn't want to take them off.

They have since shown a lot of interest, like "where did you buy your bra" and "do you need help with your makeup?"
Maybe I could persuade one of them to nurse at my breast.  What would be the chat line?

Is this the right forum, though! Having now honestly described my emotions I am not sure if I am a simple cross-dresser or a man with a breast feeding fetish.

You said that you have more projection and weight/volume. what about shape? more rounded man shape or conical woman shaped? I was at one fourm recently that take pumping to a extreme. google noogling and you will find it. I read the average woman can expect 2 cup size increase.

Lack of breast shape is precisely my problem!

I can sport a woman's nipples in projection, nipple diameter, hardness & colour. I can sometimes even drip into my breast pump bottles (clear fluid not milk).

But they are still attached to a tight breast. I can still go without a bra without feeling sagging effects, and I only need the bra to hide the protrusion of my hard nipples, plus some cotton wool pads to soak up a little nipple discharge.

I do need to develop the soft tissue behind my nipples, and to that end I have started on a program of breast enhancement creams. A couple of cup sizes would be wonderful, as I would then re-enter the bra catalogue range. A gap exists from 38B to 40 plus. If you are 40A, almost nobody will ship you a wearable bra.

Hello, Love your topic.

As for your soft supleness of your breasts, I am not sure if you can achieve that without
hormones therapy.

I am on Hormones and my breasts have grown huge and are becoming more soft and more womanly.
But I also want to lactate and have HUGE areola and nipples.

I would like to know your system and pump?
Thanks.

An extremely interesting and varied topic, Ive used the pumps b 4 and a lot of crèmes, way back I even tried some Estrogen which I bought on the "side" market. I think it is really all individual as to what works. My best acclamation was natural breast enhancing herbs, worked well for me not great but well. U can google the fine different herbs to use .Mostly you are looking for Phtyoestrogens, to fool your body, oh.. BTW if u have little to NO body fat, it wont work sorry gurls, we need body fat for breasts growth. Red clover, fenugreek are the best also Black Cohosh all available at a naturals store.
Hope that helps
;Dhappy, with the woman,in me!

As an embarrassing/amusing follow-up to this story, I have recently purchased a new pair of electric breast pumps.

They are to replace my Medela Mini Electric ones which were lovely and powerful, but very noisy, emitting a grinding noise whilst operating. With one on each nipple, they would cycle in and out of synchronization, which was very disconcerting and physically uncomfortable (left boob in, right boob out...).

The new pump is an Ardo Calypso, which sucks both breasts in phase. It is extremely powerful, and once it has latched on to the nipples, it is virtually silent. It's very addictive!

Anyway, the parcel came when I was out and it was delivered to my neighbor. I went to collect it and on the address label in large letters was : "Contents, Dual Electric Breast Pump"

She gave me the parcel and, obviously having read the label, commented: "Yes, I have been hearing noises which sounded like somebody using a breast pump".

I just grabbed the parcel and ran, but what should I have replied?
