I decided what better place to motivate myself to actually lose weight than to put it on the Internet that I shall.
I mean, T is a long way off for me because the NHS is incredibly slow.
But anyway, I think that losing weight might ease my dysphoria idk if anything it will make me less fat.
Ok so I started off 86kg and that was a few weeks ago.
Currently I am 80kg.
I am 5ft8in (I'm not expecting that to change sadly since I am 17 and I have finished growing unfortunately)

In the long run I'm planning to get down to at least 70kg because that would put me in the healthy bmi, though I'd probably be better at 60kg.

I am taking my dog on longer walks where I can and I am counting my calories and stuff. I would try jogging and stuff but I absolutely hate it and the podiatrist would kill me because it is too high impact and I have messed up feet already.

Let's see how much I can keep this up.

I use an app on my phone called Bodyscape. You can pick workouts for different things like if you just want to lose weight or you want to gain muscle. It gives you a complete work out set up and shows you the different work out routines with videos if you aren't sure how to do it. I've lost like 6 lbs but I'm trying more to gain muscle than lose weight.

Also like you may have heard a million times losing weight starts in the kitchen and not with only work outs. I eat yogurt and fruits with some chocolate chips (non dairy, gluten free) in the morning. Lunches I always make a salad with chicken. Dinner I just eat whatever seems healthy. Cut down on any soda and drink a lot of water. You can have soda but I wouldn't recommend having it every day.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.
