Today after returning to Colorado I had to fill out new paperwork to return to my therapist and psychiatrist. And as I filled the paperwork where it says sex. I was shocked to see M / F /Transgender, I was so happy to check who I really am. Has anyone else seen this on paperwork.  Thank you, San Luis Valley Behavioral Health Group.
