Most of the time I am helping people gain the other look so this is a bit for a problem for me. A short haircut would help but if the hair needs to stay for now or even if you do get a cut, then play around with hats like a billed hat or around where I live, a cowboy hat might help. Also consider a masculine set of clear glasses if you wear them or a set of sun glasses. I am not sure if its the lighting or you skin color but if your skin is as pale as it appears in the picture, you might want to play around with skin bronzers as well. Try them out in a place that doesn't show at first before using them on your face to see if you like the look before you commit to more color.
You also haven't said anything about your voice. If you are a singer, you need to work on talking in you chest voice. If you don't know what a chest voice is, it is relaxing the area above your larynx when you talk. It won't give you a male voice but it might put you into the questionable range where people will look for other clues to gender you with.
Some of the guys might have more advice because like I said, I haven't done before.
