So I'm currently 210 lbs. I'm not super fat but slightly chubby. I'm not on any hormones (will hopefully find out Tuesday if I can start). So lately I've started back running, which isn't my concern, I'm concerned about if I should add in some strength training, I used to hit a gym all the time and I've stopped if anything I just did bodyweight workouts. I'm not sure if I should do that again or just stick with running, I don't want muscle mass to increase any more q.q.

Look into woman's work out routines because they are designed to build strength without muscle mass. Also you will lose strength on hormones so be careful if you attempt lifts near the limit of you strength because you may no longer be able to do them.
