Laser things happened again yesterday. I was driving through traffic, when suddenly reality shifted, and I found myself seated in the treatment room with a large bear wielding a laser gun!

It didn't hurt so bad this time. The chin and lip were still painful, but everything else was alright. After session two, I laughed for a few seconds before crying my eyes out. This time it was flipped. I cried for maybe three seconds and I said something like, "Oh look. It's a repeat of last time!" which made me laugh. And then I was done crying. So I hugged my doctor and went into the bathroom to clean my gnarly, red face and cake on some foundation.

And boy, my lips and tongue were so numb from all of this. ... the laser, silly! I wasn't making out with anyone.

Just got done first 2 hours of electrolysis on my face... Wow it hurt, this is going to be a long, expensive, and painful road.

Just keep on keeping on.

Oh, you poor thing! I can only imagine. I hear electrolysis not only hurts even more than laser, but you have to refrain from shaving for a day or two beforehand. That's rough. I feel for you...

I'm going to have to get a little bit of electro after I finish my laser treatments, because I have a few white hairs on my "soul patch" area. There are also several blonde hairs around the corners of my mouth. Whee.

But for you, or anybody who has to have electrolysis for the whole thing, my heart goes out to you.

It wasn't so bad when you consider the alternative and I hated the idea of shaving every day. For more that half my life I have been able to put my hand on my face and not feel the scratchiness of short cut facial hair. At one time I even considered having my legs done but shaving my legs once a week isn't that bad.
