I've been having a host of health issues well before I started to transition 75 days ago, so my experiences may not match up with the norm. Besides estrodial, I'm on both spiro and finasteride due to dehydration issues and having to cut down on my Spiro. I know not everyone is on finasteride, and I'm aware that is is commonly used to treat inflamed prostates from prostate cancer etc. Anyhoo, last night I made love with my boyfriend and things felt a bit off. We haven't made love in over a month because of my state of health not related to my transition. My big question I guess is, do trans women commonly experience reduced pleasure during relations than they did before starting to transition that are directly related to the shrunken prostate gland?
