Is anyone familiar with her or her site? I've been on her email list for awhile and she sends tips on presentation, makeup, etc. She also has a pretty large (and pricey) online tutorial that I'm wondering if anyone has and if so, what their thoughts on it are.

I found her before I found Susan's. I never bought anything. I have to say that, for the superficial things, and for general emotional pumping up, she's very good. Lots of advice to help you through until, and even after, more permanent solutions are available. She does seem to be focussed more on glamour than day to day, but also tailors advice for different aged and sized ladies.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

She caught my attention years ago when I first seriously started to consider transitioning, decided her program was not for me

Bibi, I doubt any of that would have done me any good either. But tips on dressing, makeup, etc. were helpful. I also appreciated being told that AFABs deal with a lot of the same issues and how they do it.

Well, thanks to your comment, I've learned a few new acronyms today:

Acronyms to refer to people who were assigned female at birth
FAAB: female assigned at birth
AFAB: assigned female at birth
DFAB: designated female at birth

What I'm talking about though is that, when I got her program, this was the name and claims she made:

THE FLAT TO FEM BREAST ENLARGEMENT PROGRAM
The Complete Guide to Safe and Effective Natural Male Breast Enlargement
* No risky hormones
* No expensive pills
* No silly gadgets

So everything else, like the advice for makeup, dressing, posture, voice and what have you, was an "added bonus" of sorts. But what she was selling was the breast enlargement thing. And in my own experience, it doesn't work. She and many others were and still are claiming that hormones (HRT) are so dangerous and potentially harmful, that it's better to take the "safe choice" and go for natural herbs (which BTW cost me way more than HRT at the time), massaging the breasts using such herbs, as well as taking them in tablet form, but none of that did absolutely anything to improve my breasts, not in the slightest, so after that I finally decided to be serious about it and start transitioning and HRT of course.

Bottom line I think she is making profit of the fear some people may have of taking hormones, by offering a so-called solution that at least for me it didn't work at all but I did spend a bunch of money and time while trying that with all my might and heart.

Of course I was an ignorant at that time, because let's say her claims were true and I'd have actually developed some breasts, what good could I have possibly gotten from it if everything else in my body was still male? But I was so incredibly scared of using hormones, that I thought "breasts are better than nothing". But I didn't even get the breasts! Some of her advice may be interesting and useful, but that was not what she was advertising and selling. So I'd say, take the free advice but I wouldn't recommend actually purchasing the program. For anyone who is serious about making their bodies look more female, including breasts of course, there's no way around HRT (and super-expensive surgery of course, when starting after puberty was over).

Thank you, Bibi! I was suspicious of the program, and really did see the advice as a "loss leader", but had nothing but suspicion to go on. I'm glad to see that someone could actually answer Wynter's question, but sorry that you got taken.

Don't worry, Dee. I got the program from a MTF friend who shared it with me at that time, IDK if she purchased it herself or not. It didn't work for any of us. But yes I got taken in that I actually spent time (several months) and money (herb tablets, herbs, creams for breast massage) that never worked the least bit.  I mean when you read some stuff with lots of exclamation points and grammar mistakes and/or typos no matter if it's extensive and looks professional, you have to be wary. Bottom line, it may be a good general introductory course for some crossdressing girls who want to be more confident about their appearance and behavior as women in public, but that's it. Anyone who is serious about transitioning would have to go for HRT sooner or later, of course that's only my humble opinion.

Cheers
