I'm a gym rat and My last pack of men sport vitamins. What the best vitamins for  us womens on HRT.  Should I just get women vitamins?

unless you have a serious deficiency, you will just pee out the water soluble vitamins. Women's vitamin's also contain more iron than men's vitamins, which is unnecessary for trans women with a reasonably healthy diet because we don't menstruate.

Well I'm a gym rat too lol. I'm followed by specialists as I do some competition. The specialists are aware of my transition and did tons of tests with various products (They are trying to establish statistics). I assume you're not taking a centrum or any "general" multivitamin but bodybuilding one like opti-men/women and else?

Well the tests has shown that there was less "wastes" with the women multivitamins in my case after HRT. I was absorbing about 73% of a men multivitamins before HRT and about 39% after HRT, for womens one of the same kind I was absorbing about 96% at start of transition and 87% after a while. It's easier on kidney and liver when they don't have too much waste to get rid of and men multivitamins usualy become too concentrated. You should choose carefully too as you don't need the ones with 20g of iron either.

Some sports women multivitamins also contains lots of extract to help various things including hot flashes and well... It works pretty well and is more than welcome when HRT is driving you crazy with side effects lol.

Well I can't really advice you any products as our need is all different but I started with the famous Opti-Women but there was still too much "waste" because of high iron and such. I switched to Now Eve lately and for now it's my "best" shot. When testing in/out I waste little to nothing and all my levels are optimals. (with a calcium supplements of course as it lack this nutrient)

I'm not a gym rat, but early in HRT I took separate tablets for Folic Acid, Calcium, Vitamin D, Biotin, Iodine (since I live in the UK) and B12.  Later I switched to a women's pregnancy multivitamin that has all of that in it.
