Started HRT today :)

Slow and steady approach. But I took my big step just a few minutes ago. Just Estradiol for now while we de-stress my adrenals. Doc gave me prescription for that as well. But I feel so upbeat :)
I know with this low dose any changes will occur slowly. But just starting feels so good!
