Hello all. After being on HRT for 3 years, I've noticed that it has made a significant change to my hair. Upon starting my hair was curly, especially at the bottom. 3 years later, my hair is a lot straighter. I'm also on ->-bleeped-<- loads of vitamins so it could be either but has anyone saw a significant change in the texture of their hair?

First time I was on HRT it had the opposite effect. My straight hair became quite frizzy!

I still have the same problem so I detangle my hair every morning with very small amounts of coconut oil and it helps.

Not really texture wise, but it's significantly thicker now.

since HRT I have these 2 weird frizzy spots one on each side above the ear/temple - they take a lot of TLC to keep from becoming knots everyday - rest of hair has stayed the same straight it has always been

be well
