I was recommended this book on an eBook mailing list, and WOW! Ubermencsh (by Mathew Babaoye) is really different, and unique. Absolutely loved it.

The story is about a character named Id, who is a young, nongendered, posthuman, willing slave of an omnipotent Master (Master Gabriel), far in the future of Earth. It details the ways of service, and is totally fun, and twisted. I don't want to give too much away, but it deals a lot with genetic engineering, gender fluidity, and has a lot of variety. The ending is a total rollercoaster as it tries to break free. My favorite characters was probably the sAI. It is an artificial intelligence which also serves the Master.

Closest books it compares too is probably Ancillary Justice (for gender fluidity issues), and The Quantum Thief (for a crazy imaginative future world). Really looking forward to see what the author puts out next :)
