I meant that I look bigger, not better, lol... the opposite actually.
The biggest difference looks like waist to hip, two inch smaller waist, almost two inch bigger hips. What kind of exercises do you do for that?
I thought that that lifting ability seemed like a lot, and since muscle weighs more than fat, you ought to have bigger proportions, than me, and weigh less. I do physically demanding work in the summer, and can carry 200 lbs up a ladder, but I somehow doubt that I could bench 300 lbs, though I've never tried.
I'm 5'10, so maybe it's the height difference that makes me look bigger (mostly giant shoulders), or maybe it's just all in my head.
