I feel sad that I know what all of this is, but here you go!
I'm not sure what country you live in, but if you go in to a chemist or a place like Sephora, you can get your makeup done by one of the people who works there. (you generally need to buy a product to do this, which I suggest you do - it's dangerous to use eye products that other people have used because you risk an infection).
Concealer - use it to hide blemishes on your face. They come in multiple colours - you should get one about a shade lighter than your actual skin. You can also buy coloured ones, like green to get rid of red marks on your face.
Foundation - you use this to smooth out your skin and make the colour more even. Wipe a tiny bit on your neck or jawline, and if the colour seems to "melt" or match your skin, it's the right one. You blend it onto your face and neck using a sponge, brush or your hands.
Powder - pretty much the same as foundation, make sure it matches your skin or get a translucent (colourless) powder. Pat it on over your foundation to stop your skin from going shiny, and to set the makeup.
Bronzer - this is optional, just use it to contour (to basically define the features of your face) or to add a bit of a tan to your face. Be careful with this, only use a bit, or you'll look like an orange.
Blush - you use this just to make your cheeks nice and rosy, use a little bit on your cheeks and blend it out really well. It comes in a few forms, but a powder one is best at the minute.
Lipstick - pretty sure you know what this is. Make sure to not get any on your teeth. It's not a good look.
Eyeshadow - DON'T PUT IT IN YOUR EYES. Put it on your eyelids gently, and do whatever you want. I'm no makeup artist (I'm not even a girl, I just know this from my mom and friends) but you should look up tutorials on youtube or pinterest on how to do certain looks.
Eyeliner - use it to make your eyes stand out. just put a little around them, try not to poke yourself.
Eyebrow stuff - you can use an eyebrow pomade, gel, pencil... whatever. just don't use eyeliner. if you go to a chemist or makeup store, they'll show you how to use it and what to buy.
mascara - make sure to clean it! wipe the entire brush off with a tissue every week. you use this to darken your eyelashes and make them look thicker or longer. NEVER share eye products with other people, especially mascara. You don't want to risk an infection.
There's way more to it, but alas I'm not experienced and it depends what you're looking for really. Good luck with this, and remember that practice makes perfect!
Also, make sure to clean your face every night and use face cream before using any makeup to protect your skin.
