Laser hair removal

Hey, I'm looking into laser hair removal for my face, and I have a few questions that you might be able to help with.

1. Im in minnesota and looking for a good place.
2. Does it really work?
3.Does it leave bad scars, cause my face is what really makes me money?
4.Any other helpful tips.

Just had my second session (of 8 planned). I have medium/dark hair and I'm fair skinned. The first session was really quite painful, but for the second I had a very close shave immediately before and took some ibuprofen, these made it totally fine, just some mild discomfort. There was a very definite reduction in hair after the first session, quite patchy regrowth followed, and I'm hoping for a further reduction this time. I'm in the UK, so I'm afraid I'm no help on locations, but I had proper laser, not IPL. Aside redness after each session, I'd say my skin is better than before, because I already get far less razor rash. Hope this helps. Meg.

Laser works wonders but it depends on the equipment and your hair colour as well as where you get it done. I am doing IPL And works wonders for me but i had the facial hair of a 13 yr old. Had low t all my life

1. Sorry, I can't help. I live in the magic land of Oz.
2. Depends on your skin type, pH level, hair type and colour. Not as permanent as electrolysis. Both the DC current and RF kills off the hair follicle.
3. Should not leave scars unless done by some inexperienced operator. May have some residual redness for a day or two.
4. Again depending on your skin type. It may be easier to do hair removal in short sessions, giving your skin adequate time to recover..
