I wondered if this would make someone think it was a good idea to get locked up in California?
Is this a victory for the transgender community? I am not so sure.

I may be covered by my Medicaid Insurance here in Washington state and I am ever so grateful.

But, some people might think that the only way for them to get their surgery is to commit a crime and go to prison.
