So most of you know i started college this just gone Monday, right?

And i imagine for any TS it be pretty much a scary thing at first.Like will the other students accept you as the right gender? Will there be any discrimination if anyone found out you are TS? Will people notice even if not told?

Well... i went in there as male, with my male name. And for the first time ever i am being referred to as the guy that i am. No one knows i'm TS, they all think i'm a genetic male! Ok, so there may be the odd one or two suspicions, but i've not noticed anything and no ones said anything!

I am so chuffed to bits!

That's really awesome!  I'm attempting to try that too, but not going to try until next year.  I hope I can get the same results like you!!! :)  Congrats again on your success!

You sure have come along since we first picked you up off the street and took you in.
I always knew you had it in you.  I know you have further to go, but you should know by now that you'll be doing fine.

Keep up the good reports, or it's back to the curb with you.   ;)

Judge Yourself

i just wanted to put my little experience in, im doing EXACTLY the same thing and i find people just accept what theyre told, and who said the british were uptight?

i see the odd look of hmmmm something not  quite but aside from that, nothing bad - we have a really feminine guy in our class so perhaps that helps....

hope it all continues to go well for you

The strange thing is while at work before i came to college (not been to work yet since i started, go on saturday) and when i have met friends through friends, even though those new people were clueless to my gender, i still got called a girl and a miss and a lady. So thats why i was so woried about starting college... cos obviously, nothings different to last week.

It's really quite amazing.

I think it is a great thing that you are accepted for yourself.  Congrats, and don't worry too much.  In a lot of schools there are protections if anyone harasses you, so check up on this,  if you have problems report it to the appropriate people.  If they don't have protections, you  might want to be more careful, but consider also that schools are a lot more tolerant than most other places.

Good luck with everything

Dont worry. I told my tutor in my interview for the course and she says that the college is very good with these things and they have the right protection and stuff.

For obvious reasons it's easier for a F to M to pass than a M to F......and usually like yourself most look natural..
