Quote from: wishy on September 11, 2007, 12:40:16 PMSo most of you know i started college this just gone Monday, right? And i imagine for any TS it be pretty much a scary thing at first.Like will the other students accept you as the right gender? Will there be any discrimination if anyone found out you are TS? Will people notice even if not told?Well... i went in there as male, with my male name. And for the first time ever i am being referred to as the guy that i am. No one knows i'm TS, they all think i'm a genetic male! Ok, so there may be the odd one or two suspicions, but i've not noticed anything and no ones said anything!I am so chuffed to bits!

Congrats, and don't worry too much. In a lot of schools there are protections if anyone harasses you, so check up on this, if you have problems report it to the appropriate people. If they don't have protections, you might want to be more careful, but consider also that schools are a lot more tolerant than most other places.Good luck with everythingHugsMila
