Zinc and its effects on hormone receptors (T and E)

I hadn't seen this mentioned much before, but I wanted to share it in case any one else has been taking a vitamin with Zinc in it.

It sounds like the more Zinc you have in your body, the less you will respond to Estrogen (and more to Testosterone).  Has anyone noticed a change by cutting out or adding Zinc supplements to your diet?
