Dude, so I must be a 'girl' after all!  :o Since even a blind man at my dialysis center assumed me as such. Maybe I am. I dunno. Can you guys tell me? I'm about to lose it. I'm gonna lose my mind. Well, what's left of it.

Nix, get you on some T, and your voice will drop.  Problem solved.  Transwomen have a harder time with this if their vocal chords are already too long when they start HRT.  Hence voice training and vocal feminization surgery.
