Do you sleep with it on

I randomly thought about this but for anyone who has the packers that are intended to be adhered to your body do you guys sleep with it on? How long does the glue stay on? How well does it last in like summer when it's super hot? Is there ever a certain time you take it off like when you exercise or something?
