Hey, everyone. Thats the point where i want to ask if F64.0 can be healed? Ive tried so much to lose my dysphoria but nothing works. I want to be healed from this nightmare. Is it possible?

Yes , as with any thing I guess YMMV Like in the case with cancer say you might lose an arm or leg and you have to learn to do with out, but your alive.

I have never read of a documented case where a transsexual person has undergone a treatment that made them content with the sex they were assigned at birth.  You can hide it, mask it, and distract yourself from it, but if you are really transsexual, it will be with you always.  There ARE ways of effectively dealing with transsexualism, but convincing yourself that you are not transsexual is just not in the cards.

Counseling and peer groups can be of great help. There are many ways to cope and, in many cases, full transition is not an inevitable conclusion.  There are many partial measures that may quiet the dysphoria to a tolerable level.

Many, if not most, of us here started out with denial of our transsexuality. When that doesn't work we try other things until we find something that works for us.

As the other girls have said, there is a very effective treatment, counselling, HRT and various surgeries as desired by the individual. But it comes at a cost and the financial one is the least important.

When you decide the cost of transitioning is worth it, then you are on the way to dealing with the dysphoria and other aspects of life.

Sadly if the cost seems too high, then there is little that can be done. Many of us have found that out.
