The idea of this thread is assist everyone (Especially the new crossdresser, TS or whomever is interested)

If you crossdress or wear shoes of the opposite sex, lets share data. Make it easier for people to get an idea of their size before walking into a shoe store or ordering online. For example,

In my case, the length does not matter so much. If a 'Wide' size is available, I always order it.

Shoe sizing has been pretty straightforward for me.  I'm a size 11.5 in US mens... and I can easily fit into a size 13 women's shoe and options in wide width are more comfortable.

I've struggled with finding shoes that are relatively comfortable, yet cute, and not stripper heels.  I'm tall so 3in heels or less are idea for me (and quite frankly way more comfy).

I wear a size 9 to 9.5 in men's shoes.  In women's shoes I generally find that size 11 fits well.  If it is available I wear a wide size.  Most of my women's shoes are cheaper shoes from Payless and other discount stores.  Currently I am wearing size 11 American Eagle strap back wedges from Payless.  These and a pair of size 11 ballet flats are the shoes I wear most often.

ShoesofPray.com custom makes shoes up to size 14 in any style you choose. Prices competitive with LTS.but these shoes are affiliated with Nordstrom so the quality should be pretty dang good.

14/15 mens and 15/16 womens, but 15w in womens normally works but if they're tight I stick my shoe stretchers in them. I have a lot from what's now Long Tall Sally and have recently purchased a few pairs from Onlymaker (China), but they will customize no problem. Basically everything they make is listed up to size 15B, but they have no problem making them 15w. Total time is around a month, so no instant gratification!

I'm a U.S. size 8 in women's shoe, 6 in men's. From what I've seen, to find a fitting shoe, just take your shoe size and either add or subtract 2 (add to convert to women's sizes, subtract for men's), and it normally works pretty well. If the shoe doesn't fit well around the sides of your foot, try a wide shoe.

As for pants sizes, you'll wear different sizes depending on the brand (it does get confusing sometimes). For shirts, I've noticed that guy's shirts are a little larger than women's of the same size, so it may be necessary to go up or down a size, depending on the fit.

To find your sizes, you might want to go to a clothing store and try on some clothes before ordering any online, so you're sure of your sizes.

As a rule of thumb for myself, going with US sizes there is the general 2 size difference. Each shoe store generally has those contraptions you put your foot on and check your size in any regard. Though online shopping proves a bit more challenging.

In a way that sums up my own shoe size differences, used to wear size 7 male shoes. All star converse usually relate as a half size bigger than the generalized sizes, and heels have been on a subject to go either half a size up or down depending on heel length and if pointy toed or not.
So in my own deduction I wear size 9 in sneakers/flats, and a size 8.5 to 9 in heels.

In the UK it is a lot simpler, womens and mens shoes are the same size
I am am 8-9 in mens and the same in womens depending on the make
I usually go off the EU size and by a 42,5 if i buy online
