I just started hrt 6 days ago n 1 boob seems to hav developed more than the other. Like even my left breast nipple is expanding while my right  breast is tiny. Will the nipples match over time or am I goin to hav 1 smaller than the other n yes it's extremely noticeable

Its nothing out of the common...
you might try breast masage, maybe twice a day for a few minutes... massaging the smaller one for a longer time ...

Sounds normal and remember, even cisgender women aren't evenly balanced. If it does worry you a great deal, see a physician just to be sure everything is ok.

Many women have uneven development.
There was even a website showing that breasts often are not symmetric.

Yep same here but left breast is failing to keep up with program.  Peeps give me a hard time.  Kinda why I started wearing a bra again.  They have evened out a bit in the last few weeks, thank G-d.
Plan to get BA after award show season. That should make that issue less noticeable.  Guys will then be focused on overall combined size and exclaim "Holy $%#@".
