Hey guys, I'm 17 and pre-t, looking to start a new workout routine before I even start testosterone. Do any of you guys have any tips for really good, challenging workouts? I have pretty big, muscular arms and legs already, I would love to maybe get a little bigger, then start cutting and defining. My goal is to have abs and arm veins, that's like ughhhhh haha. So yeah you guys that are pre-t or remember when you were pre-t, have any workout routines?

Also maybe mean plans and or types of protein? Thanks!! :)

Read Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe.  There is no better way than that.  There are 5 exercises with barbells, back squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, and power cleans.  You will need a gym with Olympic weights and a squat rack.

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

I'm also Pre-T. Hi!  ;D
Anyway, I've been using this website for my workout routine. It's really helpful and made by a person who's been on T for years.
