Heyas im thinking of attending a local support group however im almost certain a couple that lives a few doors down (their homosexual) might also attend this same group.

Im not ready to come out and im terrified if i go there they will see me and not that im scared theyll judge me but aside from the fact i dont overly care for one of them i just may find it too much for a first go?

Any suggestions or thoughts on what you would do in the same situation keeping in mind theres onpy one group within 50km

Shan, what you have to determine is if your need to attend the support group is greater than your desire to keep them from knowing your truth.  That's fairly obvious but it's what it boils down to.  Personally, if I wanted to attend the support group, I don't think my dislike of an individual would keep me from attending.

The one guy i dont mind i will be running against in an upcoming civic election as well, im kind of mixed lol.

I wont be able to attend my first therapy appt. Tomorrow due to the fact i blew a tire on my car on xmas day and am desperately searching for a new set of oddball tires (thanks dodge) so i thought maybe attending a group session would gelp alleviate alot of tension ive been feeling lately.

I messaged the group admin on facebook, then remembered how the guy i dislike tends to take over admin roles (hes also president of our condo association) so the cat may already be out of the bag.

Well, that puts a little different spin on it.  In an election, you give your opponent as little information about you as possible.
