does nipple size increase with HRT

i love my nipples because i get a lot of pleasure from them like sexually but i don't like them because their not that big so can you tell me do they get bigger with HRT i have heard that sensation and sensitivity increases and I'm thinking OMG I'm just gunna accidentally brush them and il be on my knees from the sensation

I have heard mixed answers. I really hope so. Mine are very small. I am on day 80 on HRT.

It all depends on your genetics. Just like genetic women going through puberty, HRT can result in any variety of nipple size. Development usually takes 18-24 months. However, since trans breasts on average tend to be smaller so too do our nipples.

That obviously doesn't happen otherwise we'd all - cis and trans - be constantly on our knees.

That's what bras are for. I started wearing one early on because of that.

Mine have doubled in size (<4 years HRT)...from thumbnail (about 3/4") to 2x (1.5").

It's not so much the nipple (areola) as it is the breast that hurts. They're more sensitive early on imho, but you learn to be mindful of potential hazards.

Mine certainly have, and they are super sensitive! Hoping to get them pierced when they stop growing.

I havent seen much change to nipples so far except they are hard and sensible.

I however have changes with areola that increased in size.  I had relatively big areola for a "men"(hate saying that)  at starting point ( close to 1.5 inch diameter) but now they are at 2 inch diameter and im not even full A cup. They also look different like 3d texture it is weird.

That's what bras are for. I started wearing one early on because of that.

i wore a bra for a few years before i even came out as pre hormones I'm a 36-38 c anyway but at times i get a little bit of sensation through a bra. its good at times but other occasion its not like being breathless for a second or two in the middle of a forensics lecture and the other four people in the room start laughing because they know whats happened.

yep mine are like twice the size I guess maybe even bigger I think. I was looking at prehrt pics and yeah my nips were super tiny in comparison to how big they are now.

I have and I managed to orgasm a few times. It's incredibly difficult cause I'm still dealing with genital dysphoria but it just took a looooooooooong time lol. You could say I get mini orgasms I guess, whenever I feel like stimulating them in that way. There was one time I put on an old bra I found and for some reason (maybe because it was tight) it rubbed me the right way and poof spontaneous orgasm lol.

This thread hurts to just think about right now. My nipple area hurts just to touch lightly. Sounds really nice that there might be nice sensations there one day. Would be something new but really hoping to get to see a chest that has a female shape rather than what still looks like a guys.

I want to apologize for the pictures i posted, i thought it was okay with a link and NSFW tag   

Here is a readable timeline instead :

Starting point: No breast, no moobs, 1.3 inch areola ( 24 year old)

After 5 days : nipples were burning and errect.

After 17 days:  I had terrible sensibility and soreness. Something hard started to form under my nipples (i will learn after that those are breast buds)

Up to 40 day:  Those breast buds kept taking size until it reached about 2 inch or a little more diameter. The soreness went away but nipples stayed very sensible

Until now at 2 month and 3 week:  I thought nothing was happening, i was wrong. One day i squeezed my breast together and noticed that my pectoral muscles had converted into breast tissues forming a cleavage. My areola expended to 2 inch diameter and my breast looked rounder. I went buying my first 36A pushup bra

I am expecting visible changes for next month

Oh yes some funny images lol.  The face i made when i woke up , looked down and saw pointy breast , noticed the breast buds and felt like i had hot compress on my chest.  You will feel that too.
