[NSFW] Micropenis, need help to find a gear for sex

Hello,

I created this topic because I need advice about something really important for me (sorry if my english is not well, it's not my main langage)   

I have the Prader–Willi syndrome, a rare disease with for main consequence, a micro-penis. I had a sexual ambiguity at birth and i have a  XX chromosome  but i grow up as a man, mentally and physically.

I have 30 years now and i hard tried for chirurgy solution but nothing can help me about my penis (2" erected for thumb width +/- ), it's not enough small for doctor and it's not enough big for sex.

So I searched for solutions with sex toys, but nothing exist for my case, almost of all hollow strap on dildo have a really bad/no natural quality and other trouble like the size of hollow, it's obvious too big for me, i can't have pleasur with this.



so i sought for hollow dildo with fleshlight inside, almost nothing, just somes dildo like this (really bad quality and horrible feeling)




And recently, i hear about FTM prosthesis, and I finally had some hope, they look really natural, high quality

but i'm lost, i find only one brand, Peecock (http://www.peecockproducts.com/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=45) , with "pleasur rod" but somes reviews are bad about Peecock brand so... i need help.



Do you know of other products that could suit me, even if it's a custom order ? I'm not looking for a low-quality product for fun, it's something really important for me and even if i'm not rich, I will be willing to pay much for something perfect.

Hey there, I've never experienced this, but I've seen this on a site where I'm ordering my prosthetic. I think you can custom order a hollow penis extension from Emisil, and from the picture on their site, it looks pretty realistic.

Hi there! There are so many different variations in prader willi syndrome so it's hard to know exactly what you need in a prosthetic. There are hollow prosthetics without testicles and semi-hollow with testicles. (I don't know if you have cryptorchidism) I suggest that you email different companies and thoroughly explain your medical situation to make the perfect prosthetic for you. It all depends on what you want to use the prosthetic for.

FTM Prosthetics https://www.ftmprosthetics.com/about.htm has hollow extensions and other prosthetics.

So does Emisil http://www.emisil.com/ That's where I want to order my prosthetic from (the ER04) at the end of the month, it is not a hollow extension.

I don't think you need a phaloplasty since (I'm assuming) that you already have a working penis with responsive glans (the head) and functioning urethra. That's my personal opinion though.

Yes, even if they are very small,  i have a "normal" penis and testicles so phalloplasty is impossible, although i would like, the doctors refuse because ethics.
