I've reached a plateau of sorts,

one I never expected. A month or so ago, after about 15 months on HRT I started seeing myself as female more consistently in the mirror. I never expected that it was the first inkling of something wonderful! After my little stress related meltdown of last week I realized that I consistently, without hesitation, embarrassment, or doubt feel 100% female regardless of how I'm dressed, how I'm feeling, whether or not I'm shaved or stubbly. I so hope I can maintain this zen state longer than the few days it's persisted or, if not, that I can quickly regain it. Nothing can stop me now!
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Dee,

Sounds like a great plateau to reach. Congratulations and stay the course. I am getting to feeling female 15-20% of the time and increasing. Hope to meet you where your journey leads.

With warmth,
