Progesterone...

NO to synthetic, synthetic can in most cases have some androgenic reactions (my shoulders broadened and grew thicker hair).

Bio ID on the other hand helped breast tissue, normalize my estrogen levels, stabilize mood swings, and help distribute fat more evenly.

I cycle 15-30th of every month.

When I don't take it I feel more bloated personally.
These are just my observations. Everyone is different obviously...

Both progesterone and other progestogens are synthetic as they are all manufactured by man, created in the lab BUT progesterone is BIO-IDENTICAL, meaning it is exactly the same molecule as that produced by the human body while all others are modified molecules, not native to the body. I consider a few progestogens such as hydroxyprogesterone caproate and dydrogesterone ok.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
