progynova - on/off?

So, I guess my posting is almost border case for admods but I won't discuss dosages and such. I got a genuine question and a decent reason for it as well, or so I think

I'm a m2f ts person on hrt and blockers. I'm getting progynova (estradiol valerate) and my question is
which tablets are on/off? I assume the once in the blue stip are on and the rest are off. Obviously I'd
be more interested in the once that are on.

Reason for asking:
I was diagnosed in England, getting my prescription from Sweden, living in Spain and getting my medication
from Gibraltar or London usually as I can't afford to fly 5 hours to Sweden to pick them up every two weeks. So,
I went to a pharmacy here in Spain with my Swedish prescription and I don't speak much Spanish but I kinda
understood that the pharmacist said something about some tablets being on/off. I have noone to ask so I'd
just thought I'd ask here... confusing? You would not want to be me living a little bit all over the planet having
language barriers to fight every day.

I know nothing about on/off. It may be more of thing for genetic women regarding their periods. I strongly suggest you contact your prescribing doctor and ask them for guidance in this matter.

I am not totally convinced I'm on speaking terms with my doctor no more as she suspected me of having suicidal tendencies, which resulted in me getting arrested at the Stockholm (Sweden) airport going to Berlin, Germany the other day. Missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket - I got really upset and moved to Spain. I probably have to move back to England soon enough so I can continue my transition at Charing Cross in London as neither Spain nor Gibraltar can do this for me. Life truly sux.

You could look for an endo in the us or australia who do pellet implants.
They are implanted once every 4-8 months and no further hassle with meds is needed.

Cheers, I was not aware of pellets. Heard some people like gel...

I am in Oz frequently but not so much in the US no more even if I
lived there twice in a previous life. Not sure if the US quacks would
help me much tho - as I am unlucky by birth and have to carry
a European passport - also, it happens to be in my deadname not
like everything I got in the United Kingdom.
