I have not had feminization surgeries yet. (Hoping) But, a few years ago I was in a serious accident that shattered both my arms and wrist. My left was worse than my right and the operated on that one first. When I woke up I was in excutiating pain. My arm was badly bruised and swollen up like a balloon. A friend called to check on me and she told me about a homeopathic medicine called Arnica Montana by Boiron. My wife found some at whole foods and brought it to me at the hospital. There are to parts to it. A topical cream and pellets you dissolve under your tongue. I also had horrible bruising over my entire back. I started using the pellets and my wife applied the cream on my bruises. Within two days the bruising was gone! The swelling had gone way down. Now, here is the miracle. They then operated on my left arm. It was really bad. That surgery took twice as long. They gave my wife the most potent pain killers possible to give me when I woke up. They told her if she gives me one to watch me close in case I stop breathing. When I woke up, because I had the Arnica in my system I had no swelling or bruising at all! I didn't need one of those potent pain pills! The doctor was shocked! I wanted to share this because most of the discomfort from SRS and FFS comes from swelling and bruising.
