I think on some people its obvious that its a good choice, especially if you have the thin lips + larger distance between nose and mouth thing going on.
The only reason I would get one would be to create the appearance that my nose and mouth are actually closer together than they were originally, essentially making my midface seem a little shorter overall. But I've heard lots of conflicting opinions, some people think it never looks natural.
Also I like the shape and fullness of my lips, its only how they position vs my mouth that I wish was shorter. Would I regret a lip lift then? I don't want to get a bulbous upper lip that looks to big and like its injected with filler because I already like the fullness. Would getting a lip lift JUST to make your nose and mouth distance seem closer be a bad idea? I don't want their shape to turn much.
I've already heard that lips changing people pick up on right away, that its a huge change, which makes sense bc we are always looking at our lips.
So I want to shorter nose to lip distance but don't want my lips to look fake, done, or "off". And a lot of people tell me this is exactly what happens when you surgically mess with the lips.
Opinions?
