I sent this to my sister this morning. She had sent me a friend request And couple weeks back and even though I've commented on her posts she hasn't responded to my comments or my posts. I really miss her friendship so I sent the following to her.
Susan,
I would like to start out by saying that I have done and said things in the past that where wrong and I honestly don't remember some off what I said. I was lost in an addiction to pain medicine. I'm not excusing my words or actions that have hurt you. I want you to know that I am no longer on any pain meds in any way shape or form. I would really like to reconnect with you because out of my brothers and sister you are the one that I miss the most. We were close at one time and I miss that very much. I take full responsibility for my actions and I hope and pray you can find it in your heart to give me one more chance. I want nothing more from you other than a friendship again. You and Fred have helped me so much and I regret causing our distance from each other. I am a much changed person. A much better person. If you don't feel it in your heart to at least try I'll understand. I have nothing but love and respect in my heart for you.
With all my love,
Melissa
