Forgive me if my query sounds crass or too personal. That's not my intention, really! I'm just a T-girl looking for help. I am very near starting H.R.T. and although one's sex drive decreases, typically, while on H.R.T. (MTF), sex & orgasm are something I enjoy having as a somewhat regular component to my personal life. If my sex drive decreases, fine, I think I can live with that. I've read of cases of impotence, pain, & other physiologically stifling effects of H.R.T. while one is preop & still in posession of, (cough) male genitalia. Is orgasm possible (with a partner or self) during the preop/H.R.T. & androgen blocker phase (which often goes on for years)? What's your experience like & do you have any advice? Help a sister out, won't you please?
