Forgive me if my query sounds crass or too personal.  That's not my intention, really!  I'm just a T-girl looking for help.  I am very near starting H.R.T. and although one's sex drive decreases, typically, while on H.R.T. (MTF), sex & orgasm are something I enjoy having as a somewhat regular component to my personal life.  If my sex drive decreases, fine, I think I can live with that.  I've read of cases of impotence, pain, & other physiologically stifling effects of H.R.T. while one is preop & still in posession of, (cough) male genitalia.  Is orgasm possible (with a partner or self) during the preop/H.R.T. & androgen blocker phase (which often goes on for years)?  What's your experience like & do you have any advice?  Help a sister out, won't you please?   

I'm not going to go into too much detail (because I don't know if it's allowed).....but, yes orgasm is possible. It feels totally different, like a whole body experience, at least for me.

Yes orgasm is there while on HRT. Even tho your libido does drop... But i find that even tho it does, you can still have a full sex live..

Erections become non-spontaneous. When erect because the tissue is erect less often it is a little painful. The penis while erect is not hard and the penis is shorter and has less girth. The first 1.5 years I could have an orgasm with my wife but is took much longer and when I had it was 10 times better than pre HRT. I have not had sex with my wife for well over a year so I do not know if I still could. My libido is low. I have to remind myself to masturbate monthly so I keep the mind body connection intact. Before HRT if I read this I would be frightened. However now, for me it is a great relief. Things change when you go on HRT.

You might have a look at the lelo smart wand large or similar devices.

They are designed to stimulate a whole area so phantasies are possible and its a more feminine feeling.
