Ok so I have had a bilateral orchiectomy,  can I just throw out the spiro?  I haven't taken it in about 2 weeks but I really didn't put much thought into that decision.  What is the medical protocol? How long will it take my testosterone levels to drop to female level?

The medical protocol is to talk with your doctor please. I suspect you won't need to take Spiro any more but there have been people on this forum who have had weird stuff going on with their endocrine system after an orchi so it pays to have your bloods and levels monitored until you're sure things are stable and going OK.

It's best to consult your doctor. it's possible that you might not need it, but then the medication does more than lower T and the T in your body might linger for a bit anyway too. Hugs
