Best packer for sex?

Hello! It's been a while since I've been in the loop regarding the wide world of prosthetics, so I have a question! I'm in the market for a reasonably priced product used for penetrative sex. I honestly don't care about packing, since I've basically given up on it. I'm just looking for a packer, Prosthetic, or strap-on that will be appropriate for anal penetration. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Things I'm looking for:
Realistic look
Reasonable price
Stimulation for wearer

I was very interested in the Omen V by Number One Lab, but they've taken down any mention of it, so it's probably gone.

I also found this one, but the "super soft silicone" makes me distrustful, and the ballless design is a bit disappointing.

Ec prosthetics has a cool new design that has a bendable rod for their erect products. . I haven't tried it yet but it looks awesome.. It's like their pleasure rod (which I have and it's awesome for play with my gf) but actually bends for packing. It  you get it let me know how it is! I wouldn't recommend packer locker tho.. heard they are a rip off.

I have a PeeCock gen 3 that I use exclusively for sex. I enjoy it a lot, and my girlfriend has no complaints. We have not tried anal with it, so I'm not sure how well it would work in that regard. I have heard some folks have issues with the erectile rod poking through the tip, but that has not been my experience.
