Yes i had a lot of glandary tissue after only 3 month on hormones ( breast buds are huge and areolas are quite big too ) . This is the reason why the surgeon said I can get It ( the glandary system that is mature enough ) . I didnt have much breast size , maybe A cup and he gave me 500cc sillicone implants done undermuscle . They Will keep growing and getting size naturally after

That is the general consensus. However, it is not a hard and fast set in stone requirement. I had 500 cc implants done at 6 months. I went under muscle and my areolas were large enough so that my implants could be placed through an incision in them. I was probably an A cup at the time I had mine done and I don't believe I could have gone any larger. It really is a decision that you need to make after consulting with your doctors and therapist. Everyone of my people were ok with giving the go ahead on my surgery. The only issue I'm concerned with now is uneven development. In two years I can reevaluate what my appearance is and if I need any additional modifications.

How did the BA go? did you have enough breast tissue prior to surgery? and what size implants did you get?

I am also considering a BA but around here they keep warning people to not get 1 within the first 2 years of hrt. But yours already look good and quite big...

Today update:

i got a lot of swelling on my chin / jaw. My face look like double its size .   It is hard to talk/eat  because i have hard time opening the mouth.

I got some bruising under the eyes due to nose.  Omg i already can see that this nose will be perfect.. im so happy.


Breast hurt.. this is the most painful procedure i had to be honest.

i just measured them .   i am now 39.5 bust , 31.5 underbust     wich makes me something like 36C or D

Yay! I remmeber getting mine. It was os awesome and I was (and am still) So happy to have that weight on my chest! =)

BA was very painful for me too; I had 500cc silicone implants placed under the muscle through armpit incisions. And I am a 36D. Does Dr. Bensimon have you doing breast massages? Dr. Chettawut did my BA, and he had me doing breast massages 3 times a day for a few months to prevent capsular contracture.

Yes i need to do massage but It is to early . I checked them and had to remove bandage on breast / (RIP) Adam apple. My breast are getting less swelling and are getting Closer . They look great and scar are very minimal . Im happy

I am Seeing Bensimon saturday to remove last bandages on nose and chin . He Will give me explaination for after care ( breast massage and oil , etc) and he Will perform lip augmentation and a little lift with botox on my right eyebrow/eyelid to make It even with left side

Getting those surgeries were Scary but im so happy , best decision of my Life
