More feminine clothes while still not out.

Hello,
So far I have only come out as trans to my Mom, Grandma, and best friend, but I am still very much in the closet. As much as I want to transition, now just isn't the right time. I'm not trying to delay, but I have finals soon, then I will graduate, move back to America, and start college. But not transitioning yet is hard and since I am not out of the closet yet, I was wondering what are some clothes I could wear that are more feminine without me cross dressing. Suggestions for colors, materials, styles of clothing, types of clothing, and all that stuff that woulf be more feminine without it being completely obvious is highly appreciated. I am tall and slim, with shoulders that are a bit broad. I also, sadly, have big feet. I do not have the legs to pull of skinny jeans. However, my fingers are apparently beautiful. At least that's what a lot of my mom's friends and my grandma's friends say. They are long, slim, pianist's fingers apparently. Idk if that helps at all, just trying to provide some details.

Thanks in advance!

I'd recommend women's jeans.  I find Style & Co (Macy's) straight cut jeans work well.  They have no designs on them, and if you get a size that's slightly loose, you'll find they look baggy like men's jeans.

In addition, no one sees undergarments (including socks).  If someone's looking that closely, they probably deserve to know you are trans :-)

Look, if you are to transition, you'll probably throw out your first articles no matter what. So just get what you want. Experiment. Have fun with it.

I found Under-dressing is a great way to get some relief without being "out". Panties and crop tops under you normal guy gear Women's Jeans, t-shirts, shirts, tops etc will all work. Pierce your ears, wear perfume, Jewellery, and don't forget to moisturize, paint your nails with clear or very light pink nail polish.

Hope some of these suggestions help

I love this subject. Prior to transitioning i was presenting as a feminine male and fairly stealthy feminine. I did this for about two decades at least.  Here are my favorites; women's jeans lots of them, socks, fairly unisex shoes like converses but in slightly feminine colors like white, V-neck t-shirts and long T-shirts. Plain ankle booties. Women's oxford and button up shirts. "boyfriend" styles - such as chambray tops. Graphic Ts.

Definitely underdressing panties and wireless bras and bralettes are easy to get away with.

I figure if the earrings, perfume, jewelry, bag and clothing style don't give it away already then meh! The older I get the less I really care...most people in my experience are very unobservant or simply don't care

Amelia Fae (Pretty name),

TechGirl talks wisely - Woman's slim cut or boot cut jeans are the best kept secret of the female clan.  They are OMG comfortable.  I have a pair of boot cut that allow for a 3 or 4 inch heeled boot or a slim cut for the knee length boots.  You say you don't have legs for it but what does it take?  I'm a cyclist and have 17" calfs and +21" thighs.  They fit great and as I said COMFORTABLE.  The pockets are just big enough for an ID/Credit Card/Cash.  Now is they could only hold a cell phone.

Panties and Socks are what got me through the 6 weeks when the kids were home.  I'm a fan of the Hipster cut but to each their own.

Good luck - BTW I've heard of people coming out the summer before they go off to college then attend college as the correct gender.  Do contact the school about housing before doing that though.
