Finally getting my letter, but now I'm unsure how to move forward financially.

I am currently still on medicaid, but will be turning nineteen in a few months and therefore will not have coverage anymore. To my knowledge, Medicaid does provide transgender services/coverage but it differs between states? I live in SC, but I am having a difficult time finding on whether HRT is covered.

Also, would it be more cost efficient to try to get the process going while I'm still on Medicaid (such as the initial blood work), or try looking into other insurances that do provide coverage and wait? My parents are currently on BCBS, but doesn't seem to offer coverage here in SC unlike other states.
