It has taken me 19 months of HRT to get to where you are.  Difficult for me to grow breasts since I am tall, thin and old. 

I was considering breast augmentation but now feel it will make me look top heavy. Hope to get to a B cup.

I first noticed slight development beyond the sore little lumps between 3-6 months in, these pic are taken today which is 20 months in. I'm on spiro, finasteride and estradiol but no progesterone. I do think massaging helps, which I really don't do enough of, but when I have managed to keep it up daily for a week or more I feel they get a little bigger, though I could be imagining that...

More then likely you will get bigger, also if your metabolism isn't ridiculously high like mine then even more so. Any development though has always seemed to happen in spurts, like nothing for months and then in a week they'll get noticeably bigger. Feel free to message me if you want to see a pic of mine bare, I am please just to have breasts and although a good A cup they probably seem smaller (and a little wide apart) on my rib cage then they would on a smaller or cis-womans chest.

Its a well known asian technique.
You can look it up ... there are even massage patterens given ...
