Pomiru

Greetings, fellow members of this community. I go under the alias of Pomiru, a name whom I feel more comfortable of being referred as than my name in real life.

I'm a pre-operative transsexual woman, who like the majority of people with gender and/or identity issues goes through a great number of struggles that I will go in detail on the adjacent thread. Unfortunately I don't have any way to vent my feelings or meet people in the same caliber as I am since my current situation inhibits me from doing so. That's my primary reason for joining this community.

Nevertheless, I hope to encounter friendly, rational and understanding individuals on this forum. I apologize if my English is somewhat grammatically incorrect, or if some of my terms don't fit within used contexts, but I can only tell you that English is not my native and therefore, first language. Please understand, thanks in advance.

Welcome to Susan's Place. Don't worry to much about your english because english is my only language and often I find myself going back and correcting my mistakes. We have people from all over the world on the site and they are in all stages of the transition.  You will find the people are helpful and friendly so if you need help, just ask and feel free to post if you have something to offer. As you haven't stated your country, you might find our country section contains an area were you can talk with others in your native language.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

It seems like you expressed yourself pretty well to me. I am fairly new here myself. Welcome! This is a good way to talk to people, especially if those around you are not open to you talking to them. I have also found some good information here. (Thank you, Susan!)
I am Moni. Nice to meet you.
If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.
