Hey all, new here and just wanted to do a short introduction.

I'm 24, 2.5 years on T, 1 year and some change post-top surgery and planning my next steps now.  Currently engaged in the great meta vs. phallo debate, trying to find out all I can about it, which is what led me to the bottom surgery section on here.

I'm active on ->-bleeped-<- as well (hello to any fellow ->-bleeped-<-ors!) and make a webcomic over here: http://mantimecomic.tumblr.com

Nice to meet you!

Welcome!

I just had my mind made up for me in the great meta vs. phallo debate, so I would encourage you if you haven't already to have a consult with a surgeon. Basically everything I thought would be totally fine for me actually was not and I've had to quickly come to terms and change my mind about what I'm going to have done. Had I inquired earlier, I could be in a much better position now that I'm about 4 months away.

I'm on ->-bleeped-<- as well, but mostly lurk there :)

Yeah, great advice, I'm planning to do some consults this summer after I get my hysto squared away (hopefully!). I am leaning towards meta for various reasons, but keeping my mind open to phallo as well. I think talking with a couple different surgeons about the various options will make up my mind. Thanks!

Hi,

Cool comics, I like the illustration kind of character in it. Did you by any chance study arts or illustration?
I briefly studied (two years) illustration. Wanted to become an artist, then changed my mind and learned how to fly instead (also very nice occupation!)

I´m 28 and waiting for talks to start (hopefully no more than two months...)

See you around the forum.

Edit: followed you on Tumblr, same profile pic as here

Thanks man! Yeah I studied art and comp sci in school and do graphic design for my actual job. Flying sounds awesome. Nice to meet you :)
