There is a section for parents and friends where you will be able to read about others coming out. The first step should be to have you evaluated by a gender therapist. Once they decide you require treatment, you will be sent to and Endocrinologist where you will be placed on blockers until you are ready for the next step in treatment.
It's very possible your health insurance will cover this and if not, your work as an actor may have generated a fair amount of savings that can be used for treatment. Exact costs are hard to know because the price of the medication will vary depending on what you need. Don't expect to receive estrogen until you are near or at your 18th birthday. From what I understand, not everybody's gender identity remains stable in the teen years and you are not old enough to give legal consent. Stopping the damage that T causes should be enough for now and the feminization can take place latter.
