I need to find a way to grow female breasts and develop other feminine features but formal HRT is not possible for me. What can I do to achieve my goal?

I'm curious as to why you're unable to go onto HRT?

You could try eating foods high in estrogen. Although eating these in high amounts wouldn't really cause you to develop breasts, but it may soften your skin?

Some foods that contains estrogen compound phytoestrogen are celery, parsley, beets, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, seaweeds, squash, cherries, sunflower seeds, olives, pears, plums, tomatoes, seaweeds, prunes, barley, oats, wheat germ, black eye peas..

Most of the herbal remedies seem to be snake oil, and gaining weight might put extra fat on your chest but it would not be breast tissue. Breasts, by definition are caused by the presence of female hormones in the body. I am sorry hun but I don't think you will have much success. Informal HRT might produce results but I really strongly recommend against it, blood levels and general wellbeing NEED to be monitored while you put your body through something so stressful!
"I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time." Jack London

It is possible to have a BA without HRT. Brian Zembic did it for a bet.

HRT has a lot of mental effects as well, and you'd be missing out on those. You'd really miss out of most things.

Does "formal HRT" mean anything? Is the question about informal HRT?

I've had nice results from using herbal supplements. It's going to vary for everyone, of course. Do your homework and let your doctor know what you're taking in case of interactions with anything else you're taking.
