Dr's Appointment today

Hi everyone, I am new to the group but just want to share a huge step I am about to make. I live about 50/50/MTF and have been in the process of transitioning for a few months.  I have an appointment with my Dr. today to review how the meds he has prescribed are affecting me.  Happily there is no negative reactions to them and I am hoping he adds to them the complement the current progress.  The think I am most excited about though, is this is the first time I am going while presenting as myself, Alicia, not in my old form.  So essentially, my first day at my Dr. presenting as a woman...YAAAAY.
