I'd say check out orchard corset. They've got blog articles that talk about sizing, and while they are off the shelf, their corsets are decently made and pretty cheap. I got mine from them and I rather like it. although the best results I've gotten with it, I've gotten from coupling it with a light work out routine that I can do in the evening before bed and on the weekends.
