post srs sexual positions

I have a question regarding other post srs sexual positioning capabilities? As we know the male pelvis is funnel shaped compared to a cis female which is basin shaped and  :-*allows vaginal intercourse in all positions. My original srs in 1988, i was unable to have rear entry intercourse. I had a couple revisions in 2013 to allow easier access vaginally. I am now able to enjoy love making in all positions. I know that technology and skill of surgeons have advanced since the 1980's,  So, i would appreciate your shared experiences to this topic.  Thank you.

Some angles seem to be optimal, but I can't imagine any positions wouldn't work on normal sized guys
